Timberline has been getting some early storms and the temp dropped enough to give us some early season pow! It looked iffy up till the night before but it started snowing around 5 and the wind blew it around so it filled in really nicely. The snow was wind packed but fun Carlos Martinez, Cameron Brown and I left around 5:30 and hiked up to Crater Rock for some fun turns down to Mile Canyon for the wind lip QP session. One of the earliest pow days I’ve ever enjoyed hope you enjoy the ride! Filmed on Camtrol Sniper 1080KS with GoPro Hero3
Here is a project I had the honor of working with Peter Alport on the Mt. Hood Skibowl side of the shoot. Fun day hanging and filming with the homie Johnnie Paxson and some new skier friends!
It’s been a pretty slow season in terms of fresh powder in the NW. I’ve got lucky on a couple trips but it’s felt like spring most of the winter. Here is a remix of my early season rides up at St. Helens hoping for a couple more before summer comes!
